ContactContact regarding your work will go exclusively through e-mail, Twitter(X) or Discord (I will give my account details after speaking on either of the aforementioned platforms).What I doI can draw:
- Original or existing characters (including ship art)
Please note that I am significantly more comfortable with female characters.
- Simplified versions of animals
- Simple backgrounds
- (Soft)NSFWI cannot/will not draw:
- Complex backgrounds or landscapes
- (Complex) Mecha designs
- Problematic NSFW depictions
- Problematic or NSFW depictions of real peopleIf you are unsure about your idea, please contact me regardless. We can always discuss your idea and I'll tell you my skill level and comfort with the subject.Payment! I only accept Paypal in EURO !Payment will be received up front OR on a 50/50 basis where half is paid up front, with the other half being paid after the sketch is approved. **Sketch commissions are all paid upfront.ReferencesTo make sure your idea is communicated correctly, I require at least one reference on the appearance of your character. Additional references are always welcomed.If your character has elements to their design not included in the references, additional references for these items may be provided. If not, I will generate my own rendition of these elements, which cannot be revised after the initial sketch approval.If you are inflexible with posing, composition, or color scheme you are required to provide clear references to substantiate your idea and avoid miscommunications.RevisionsAfter accepting your commission and receiving (the first 50% of) payment, you will receive a sketch showing the composition, design of the character, facial features and expressions, and a simple rendition of the background (if applicable).The customer retains the right to one revision before accepting the sketch. This revision will not come at an additional charge.After accepting the sketch, I will begin working on the rest of the piece. Revisions at this stage will be made with a €5,00 fee per revision.For sketch commissions, the first revision is free so long as the revision does not require an entirely new piece. Redrawing a sketch commission will also require a €5,00 fee.Customer rightsUpon receiving the final product, the customer receives all rights to the artwork. This includes private and commercial use. Notifying the artist when there is an intent for commercial use is appreciated but not required.A small signature by the artist will remain on the final work.The customer is allowed to share the final piece in any way, shape or form. The customer is not required to credit the artist (though doing so is greatly appreciated).The customer is required to respond in a timely manner (within 3 days) when the artist asks for additional information about the artwork.The customer is not allowed to pass the artwork off as their own.The customer is not allowed to use the artwork in any form of GenAI for any reason.Artist rightsThe artist retains the right to post any finished artwork to social media platforms.The artist retains the right to use the finished artwork in a portfolio to showcase to potential commissioners.TimeframeThe customer will receive a sketch of the work one week after completing payment.Any finished work will received within a three week time-period after acceptance of the sketch.Any deviations from the abovementioned timeframe will be communicated with you prior to payment.If you have a hard deadline, please be sure to communicate this prior to payment.Delivery of the final pieceThe final artwork will be shared with you fully via e-mail. If you are uncomfortable with sharing your e-mail, we can discuss alternative methods of delivery.The final artwork will be shared in either a PNG or JPEG format. Upon request the artwork can be shared both with and without background. Transparent backgrounds are also possible.Please note that the artwork is considered delivered after the e-mail has been sent to the given e-mail adress. Unresponsiveness after receiving the work will create the assumption that the work was received correctly.Any problems with receiving the work must be communicated upon notice of the problem. The artist does not guarantee the possibility to share the work again two weeks after the delivery has concluded.RefundsThe customer may request a full refund when a sketch is not provided within two weeks after initiation of the commission.The customer may request a 50% refund when the sketch is finished, but the final artwork is not delivered within one month after approval of the sketch.If the customer remains unreponsive for a total of 31 days, the order will be cancelled and no refund will be given. The customer will be notified one week before cancellation of the order.
